This is a bill amending the CCW law to add watercraft.

Both HB25 and HB77 do ... they are the same, except one had an extra space between it and the next sentence typo.

Observation:
"Premises" still defined 2 ways, for 2 purposes, but I haven't brainworked/analyzed that fact like last time n my head yet,,,, it may just be it removed inst of higher learning def from drug free zone, and left the "other" definition of "premises" but I'm trying to brainstorm if it affects any other way. I need to re-read education code definition of "premises" again for any potential pitfalls ... though people much smarter than I already did, I need the exercise.
