Employee, "Sir, is there something I could help you with?"
Man, "Oh, just looking at what ya'll have. Do ya'll have a store policy against selling guns to ex-cons?"
Employee, "We don't have a policy against it, but all firearm purchases require an FBI check. If you have any felonies, you can't buy a gun."
Man, "Oh, thats what I thought, I've got a felony on my record so I guess I will just have to look. I really like the Mini-14, but I don't see any, do ya'll carry those?"
Employee, "No, but we have AR-15s, would you like to see one?"
Man, "Sure."
Employee ,"Here ya go." [hands confessed felon the firearm]

Of course this isn't verbatim but pretty close. Isn't it a bad idea, and maybe even illegal to hand someone you know is a felon a firearm, even if you are a dealer within the store? I know that often a person has handled a firearm at the store and then the NCIS comes back with a felony, but if you already know they are a felon?
