There are people in Austin that work in the capital who are taking CHL courses so they can get in the short CHL line. When interviewed, a lot of them admitted they don't carry, some did not even own a gun.

Should be asked if they are carrying and if not then go back to the line.

I was going to carry into the capitol building, but getting in the shot CHL line sounds dangerous.
