Charles your link is no good, appears to be the dash.

Do you need to be a registered IDPA member to shoot the match?

Thanks, I fixed it. You don't have to be an IDPA member to shoot one match at PSC.

Are the matches always on the third weekend of the month or does it move around? I've been planning to participate this year but work can easily interfere.

I believe it's the fourth Saturday of every month, except for holiday exclusions. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay, someone snuck a Saturday in on the 1st day of the month. I can't go this week anyways, but I'm hoping to start soon! I'm still working on getting a legal holster/mag setup.

BTW, about how many mags should one bring?

One should bring 3 mags minimum, 4 is better and more is even better but not required.

I forgot at add, if you do not have all the equipment you need, you may want to post on here what you need. someone may have an extra "whatever" you could borrow. just a thought.

Wish I could join, but my dad is coming in from Fredericksburg for the HGCA Gun Show. We might do the Monday evening IDPA at the Arms Room though.

For my first time shooting IDPA outside I really, really enjoyed it and had a blast. I apprectiate the opportunity and plan to attend monthly!
