New Affidavitt Sheets

Post by Griz44 »

So, with the new CHL-86 with the eligibility statement on it, does that mean we no longer need to do the CHL-87 form?
I just ran out of the packets they used to send out and have downloaded the new forms.

They no longer publish the CHL-87 on the forms list.
