CHLl Renewal

When filling out the online form at TXDPS - how will I know it's a renewal. I have started filling out the form and it does not specify renwal. I have gone through the returning users side but do not see anything specifying renewal. Please advise. Thanks, Rico

Go to:
https://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/txapp/txdps/chl/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Look for:
Returning Users
Need to:

* Retrieve a saved application
* Renew your license or instructor certificate
* Change your address
* Report a lost or stolen license
* Check the status of a current application
* Reprint a receipt

Then log in. If it working it should get you there. Once logged in it should list the possible actions. If renewal is not listed, it may be it isn't time yet. When does your license expire??

Thanks. That is what I was doing but it looked odd.
