WTS Remington Model 700 BDL .30/06

I have a beautiful Remington Model 700 BDL chambered in .30/06 that I'd be willing to sell, as it doesn't get much use from me. It is a really nice looking old gun. I found out recently it was made in 1978. I've talked to a couple of gunsmiths about it, and they have all said they don't make them this good any more. This has real wood, and a solid action. For its age, it is in remarkably good shape. If I didn't tell you it was over 30 years old you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it. It has been taken care of very well, including by me for the past 20+ years. It is topped with a 3x9 scope that has a duplex reticle, which I'll include. I'll also include the sling and some assorted ammo. I took it to the range today to check it out, and unsurprisingly it shoots very good.

I'll let it go for $600. I would prefer to do FTF in the Dallas area.
