CHL application corrections

I have recently applied for my CHL. Well, after sending in the paperwork, I was reviewing the copies that I had made and I realized that I had forgotten to put down my contact information.
Is it possible to contact the dps and just give them the information over the phone. I don't think they have received the paperwork in the mail
yet since I just sent it in a couple of days ago. Or will they first have to send me some sort of notice stating that I have forgotten to note that
information on my application. I am hoping to move the process along without any long delays so if I would be allowed to give them the information
over the phone it sure would be appreciated.

The only way to know is to call. I moved while my application was being processed, so I emailed DPS the new information, and my license arrived at (and with) my new address.
