Traffice Accident Leads to Shooting

Post by WildBill »

This one happened in Tracy, CA. Police responded to a vehicle accident and a fight followed by shots fired. Officers found a pickup crashed into an embankment south and a 36-year-old male with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his shoulder. The driver of the pickup was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition. Police believe the driver of the pickup and the occupants of the car got into a fight following the accident, which led to the pickup driver being shot.

I was thinking maybe that is why the police had time to get to the scene before the guy was killed. The men in the car had to stop the car, get out of the car, and get the gun out of the trunk. Unlock the container that held the ammo, load the gun and then go the man's pickup truck and shoot.

So I'm wondering how you sustain a non-life-threatening shoulder injury that puts you in critical condition.

So if your state has unconstitutionally strict gun laws and your in a car accident, you are protected from gun violence because it will be illegal for the other party to come up to your car and shoot you rather than just exchanging information.

Glad to hear that this strict gun law position works out so well for people in California.
