Okay so its been beat up pretty good here, I'm not trying to flog the dead horse. Trying to make a point elsewhere. Looking for any caselaw where someone in Texas has been cited on private property for carrying a weapon, or any other case that supports the fact that visible private property really ain't private (like someone growing pot in the front yard, that kind of thing). My googlfu sucks.

There's a funny similar news article in it about a guy in Fort Worth arrested doing yard work in his own yard with his weed whacker.
Due to the plain view violation of Disorderly Conduct, Deputy Rowland ....
