L1 Identity Solutions and Photos

I've had several students tell me they were photographed as well as finger printed at L1 Identity Solutions, all for $9.95. Are they now handling photos as well? I can find nothing on the DPS website regarding this. I hate having to learn through the grapevine!

I was photographed as well when I went in for my instructor prints...

They take pictures for proof of who's prints they took. They can't be used as the license Picts. Sorry.

OK. That's what I thought, but the student insisted that he didn't need photos because L1 did photos for him. It wouldn't be the first time the state changed procedures without telling us.
