Because if you can conceal it, you can carry it.
I would not shoot to make them deader.
I would shoot to stop the threat.
Though I would not carry the 50AE, you have that choice.

I was poking fun at the states that limit caliber size. It is a useless silly law limiting calibers to .45. There are 50's that can be easily concealed.

Texas does restrict the minimum caliper that you can use to qualify for your CHL at .32" So, no using a Tokarov or 5.56 pistol for your CHL tests.
