Bullet Trap Plano

Post by Kythas »

I went to the Bullet Trap in Plano for some range time over the weekend and had to renew my membership. The membership is normally $110/year - that's what I paid for the initial membership.

When I renewed, the person asked if I was military or former military or law enforcement or former law enforcement. Apparently, there's a discount if you meet any of those criteria. The membership drops to only $90/year.

Here's the big deal with this: The military/LE designation on the membership card gives you, along with discounted range fees on weekends, NO range fees Monday - Thursday.

I had no idea they did this and thought I'd pass this tidbit of information along to my friends here.

As I'm both former military and former law enforcement, I asked if I got a double discount on the membership fee. Well, it never hurts to ask.

Yeah, I tried that with DPS, being both a senior and a veteran. Like you said, It never hurts to ask!

If you could also be a senior, and indigent, you could get them to pay YOU to shoot there! "rlol"

It's to far away for me to use, but tell them thanks from another Vet. I have friends in that area and will recommend the place to them.
