Haven't seen one of these signs anywhere I've shopped.... but... I'll keep an eye out...

Maybe we need a 30.06-type web site to promote these types of positive places?? :thumbs2:

Just down the street from me. I like it! At first I thought it was going to be a 30.06 sign or something. Glad to see what it really was! :)

cbunt1 wrote:As usual, I've been over-engineering some projects around the house. I needed some supplies...the kind of stuff your local Home Depot or Lowe's simply doesn't carry.

So I went down to my local Ace Hardware the other day to pick up some O-Rings, some metric screws, an EZ-out, a stick of PVC pipe and an air compressor fitting.

Here is the sign I was presented with on the front door...it's HUGE...takes up about half of the glass on the entry way.

I guess we all know where I'll be doing *MY* hardware shopping in the future... :txflag:

We should pass this along.

I assume these are franchises and not a corporate-wide policy?

Closest Ace store to me is in Cedar Park. I will give them as much business as I can. I am up loading the pic of the sign to my phone. I will show the management and see what they say.

I'll check the ACE Hardware close to my neighborhood in the morning to see if they have the same sign.
It's highly unlikely that they would, as all ACE Hardware locations are independently owned.

Well, I saw a flier for that specific sign at 10-ring...a local sign company is making/selling that specific sign around here. This is the first one I've seen "in the wild."

But yes, I think it's right from the bank's sign.

Lovin' it!

USA1 probably knows the one I speak of.
Sure do neighbor. ;-)
I think we're all neighbors then. I'm near Louetta & Grant, and this is the Ace over on Jones...
