Fun idea. But, as I believe has been said in other thread, this TSA behavior is probably best challenged at the Federal level on 4th Amendment grounds. In fact, attempting to enforce a state law on Federal employees acting in their official capacity would probably result in Federal charges against the state LEO. I believe it would be akin to the NYPD arresting an FBI agent for carrying without a NYC license. A Federal judge will not be amused.

In areas where the Federal government has Constitutional authority, Federal law is supreme to that of the States.

This sounds like training activities for them to prepare to screen on buses, trains, and roadways in the future. They obviously have no intention of stopping their power high with airports. They want to be able to stop and detain any citizen at any time to ascertain if they are carrying anything that does not meet with their approval. They want to use mobile scanners and teams to do so. At the top, the thirst for power under the guise of searching for terrorists has gone to their heads. They just might pull it off too. Just look at how the common citizens quickly accepted being groped for every plane trip once they were told it was to make them "safer". So how concealed is concealed for any of us if we drive through scanners, walk through them everywhere, etc? I'm all for catching the bad guys, but I don't want to lose what little freedom is left to us to come and go as free men and women.
