I thought this deserved its own thread.

What a bunch of fools. :mad5 :banghead:
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

Don’t pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he’ll just kill you.

It's not gun control that we need, it's soul control!

The thread title is the paraphrase.
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

I'm not sure what I could quote from the article in question, so I'll just say that what the entire thing is about is in the last sentence of the article. All the rest, at least what was mentioned, is stuff they could have done from the get go. BUT, it gives cover for the intrusions into the sale of personal property from one individual to another. The intent is to shut that down FIRST, then to hyper-regulate the gun stores...a slow squeeze with the Mexico model as the eventual goal. Meanwhile, Bloomberg's MP-5 totin' bodyguards keep him in a bubble of personal safety and security. (Not really sure what firearms those guys pack, but you can bet its more than most of us have or could get.) Just to put a Texas flavor to my response, all I know is that the men at Goliad didn't give up that cannon...God Bless Texas!

If you avoid links, or don't go to sites like HuffPo, how do you know what the enemy is up to? If you don't check it out for yourself then you're dependent upon the interpretation of someone else who may have their own agenda, or may just have gotten it wrong. I can understand not making a daily trip, but when a link amounts to evidence of what the enemy is up to, don't you want to hear it from your enemy's own lips?
