Anyone know if it is legal to carry or not? Need to go there tomorrow, my wife's grandmother has had a stroke and I need to take her up there.
Any info would be very much appreciated.

I lived there (Waco) for many years and I can say it was not posted back in my day but I can't
speak for the present.
My WAS would be probably posted.
Good Luck and Hope your wife's grandmother will be ok.

When I arrived yesterday and walked up to the main entrance I saw a silly little sign. Something about state law and carrying there,

In all seriousness, it is NOT properly posted.

Our chosen medical facilities have "gunbuster signs". There is no reason whatsoever for us to ASSUME that they want any other sign; ergo, we let that sleeping dog lie.
