I'm guessing they think we need every Pigeon alive, I agree in part ... in case someone puts up an Obama statue.

I have no cell phone, I actually would drive TO a police station rather than showing the stalkers where I live, even if they already knew, there would then be a police report about their harassment, possibly with police as witnesses, and I wouldn't need to draw..

Glaring lapses in good judgment were made by both parties in this video.

As far as the concealed carrier goes, though, I find it hard to believe that he felt as if his life were in jeopardy. Drawing his gun was not the right move. I think that someone who is going to let their emotions guide them like that should reconsider carrying a gun.

I didn't know Prius' could spin the tires or go that fast "rlol"

The SUV party should not have stopped and confronted the Hippies, at that point they lost the defense argument.

Both parties would've gone to jail. That is go-to my solution grown-ups refuse to behave like adults.

It's called a brake check. It is used when someone is chasing you.

I agree the gunowner used poor judgment in his driving behavior, getting out of the car, confronting the hippies, and using profanity.

All that aside for a moment, if someone hits me in the head, I am drawing on them. I've seen traumatic brain injuries, and will not let myself be at risk of them.

What he SHOULD have done is called the police and advised that there was a vehicle aggressively following him and that he was in fear for his safety. He should have let them video whatever they wanted to, but he should have lead the protesters right into the police's hands. If he had to stop and they approached his car, THEN he might have been justified in threatening the use of deadly force. But, HE was the one that got out of his vehicle and went back to their car, so he was now the aggressor IMO and lost his right to protect himself at that level. Also, the language used is very inflammatory on his part and would not look good if they use the video for trial. Basically, they succeeded in baiting him into the confrontation.

Bottom line, always let the other make the aggressive moves and YOU be the one that shows you were cool, calm and collected and only doing what you had to to protect and defend yourself. When and if it comes around to trial it will be much more in your favor. :thumbs2:

After I finished laughing at the retard standing there holding a holstered weapon on a fellow retard, the realization set in that this guy completely screwed up pulling his gun. It appeared he did it more out of anger than fear for his own safety. He sure didn't seem very afraid as he charged the hippy and his car. He even acted as if he realized he messed up after the fact. I liked his facial expression when they blew off his command to get on the ground. Then he nervously tries to solicit witnesses to say he was struck first...LOL. Yeah... he is lucky he didn't get tossed in jail. Maybe PA law allows such behavior.

I am beginning to think that is the case. I was channel surfing a couple of weeks ago and came across a show called "Parking Lot Wars" I think (they will make a reality show about anything these days), they follow these meter maids around and show them handing out tickets. Sometimes they call and have wheel locks put on the vehicles or even towed. While filming all that excitement they also oftentimes show the vehicle owners coming out and it does get ugly.

This particular episode that was shot in PA a guy pulled up his shirt and showed his weapon and said he will shoot anyone who tries to tow his vehicle, it was all caught on video tape. Police showed up, found out he was a CHL holder and pretty much told him he couldn't do that and that was it. Took me a while to pick my jaw up off the floor.

Amen, they shouldn't have been aggressively following them...and that man without a doubt was not in danger of serious bodily injury, although I bet a competent attorney could argue that the aggressive tailing put him in a threatening situation, but he would have to explain why if he was so scared his passenger did not dial 911. It's supposed to be a last resort, not the first.
