I have a Client that wants to reduce his collection, here's the first one:

New in Display Case - Colt Government Model Mk IV, Series 70, Battleship Edition - USS Texas. Only 500 made in the mid 1970's, Nickle finish.

Asking $1,200.00

I would think that a normal vintage 1970s Colt Govt Model 1911 would be worth almost that much without all of the fancy engraving and plating.

About the right price from what I find. It is a relic and should never be shot.

That is pretty neat. Two of the battles listed there were of particular significance to me. I was born in Casablanca, and my dad fought at Iwo Jima.
