The 'Come and Take It' Flag

Post by Ol Zeke »

I briefly searched and didn't find it but ..... has anyone seen this?

http://www.comeandtakeit.com/txhist.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I read about it years ago but ran across this site and thought others might be interested.

:tiphat: Sorry if it has already been posted

Rather dramatic, the telling of the story. I worked in Gonzales briefly, and the residents are proud of that flag and history.

Wonderful history surrounding San Antonio and Gonzales. I never tire of hearing various accounts of the conflicts.
