So I think what this means is that the bill will be read and debated on Monday. Then it will be placed on the Senate order of business later in the week and either passed or defeated.

That would be great. If it's allowed a fair hearing, it will pass. That's why the calendar committee is working so hard to prevent any pro-PKBA bills from seeing the light of day in the house.

Once it's in the regular order of business, they read it a second time. Then, takes a 2/3 majority for any amendments. If there are none, goes up a third time. After that, takes a simle majority to pass it to engrossment.

That's just 16 votes.
