Has something changed

Post by 2farnorth »

For some reason this site won't take my automatic log ins any more. Just started last night. Wouldn't accept my log in, then had to reset the password and re-activate the account. Now this morning I have to manually log in for each visit! Is it just me or did others have the same problem?

As I did to fix the problem, delete the cookies in your browser and you are good to go.

This is a recurring problem for some folks and I have no idea why. I've researched it and can find nothing. Some fixes work for some people and not for others.

Seems to have worked okay for the rest of today. I did a cookie dump this morning after it first occurred at about 2am. Wouldn't even let me log back in til I reset the password and reactivated from the email. May have been a problem on my end. Thanks for the responses

The last two days I noticed that the colors on the forum home page are very "washed out" and hard to read. When I log on they go back to normal. I was wondering if my monitor is acting up. It seems to work for all my google searches, email and such. :???:

I do not see any issues with the forum, but my home laptop has been having screen issues, like the monitor was going out, and if I 'tapped' it, it would refocus, but only on webpages, when I watch movies on it, never had any issues.

its weird

I just logged off and the colors went to grayish. Logged back on and now they are normal. Very strange.
