In Orlando, Florida, Thursday, a British tourist who was a guest at a hotel saw a toddler hanging from a fourth-floor balcony. The 44-year-old woman caught the baby as the baby fell. No one was injured.

The alleged adults who were in charge of the child will be investigated by the state child welfare agency.

I was working on the "the property" (Disney World) back in the mid 80's. I saw people with infants who must have been born on the road standing in mile long lines in 180° heat to see Mickey Mouse attractions.

Some people should not be allowed to vote and these same people sure shouldn't be allowed to breed!
