Re: Calico M950 9mm pistol Houston
Good price, one used one in pawn shop near me is more; I think they have a tag on it for $825.
I think it was renamed Liberty III later

Thanks. Good catch. It is a 50. I think the Liberty was the post ban version. Mine is the original with a threaded flash hider and other evil features. I have the 100 rd drum but am keeping that for my other Calico.

I'd be very interested in seeing some pictures along with knowing the dimensions on this gun. This sounds like a good car gun.
What year was this manufactured? Also, approximately how many rounds have been through it?
Have you had any issues with reliability or accuracy?
What is the recoil like?

Re: Calico M950 9mm pistol Houston
I can answer the recoil thing .... almost no recoil on the one I shot.
It has a bolt that slides, ejects spent casings from the bottom of the gun, the blot weighs less than a lot of handgun "slides" so there seemed to be less battering/recoil. Plus the wight of 50 rounds close to the bore axis....
At least that's what I recall when I shot one, and I'm real recoil sensitive. It has been since the 1980s when I tried one though, but that's how I recall it.
dimensions are listed here I think
