But….I make my own each year.

This year….all Beef and Venison Sausage (Cajun Style Seasoning) to which I added Jalapeno, Mustard Seed and H/T Mozzarella cheese.

Smoked over mesquite coals and wetted-sawdust.

Greaks. As far as I know it's only sold at Froberg Farms in Alvin, but it's the best I ever had.

Before I moved here I saw a show on TV about best BBQ in the Country... They said Blacks BBQ in Lockhart was awesome and they apparently also make sausage....

Anyone ever been there or had their food? It's about 2.5 hr drive and wanted to know if it was worth the time and $$$

KIOLBASSA from San Antonio..HEB and others sell it. If you don't like it, they refund your money. Small plant in S San Antonio..
