Fingerprint cards, L1?
I need to get fingerprint cards, not for a CHL, does anyone know if L1 will do those?
Re: Fingerprint cards, L1?
I think L1 only does electronic, not cards
You should be able to contact your local LEO and see if they will do them.
Also, I know when I took my CHL class with Tom Estep, he brought in the Galveston County Sheriff to do the prints, and I mention that as you are in Pearland, not too far from League City where Tom does his CHL classes, and if you contact him (ElGato on this forum) he may be able to either arrange it for you, or direct you to whom to call to set it up.

You may want to PM Charles Cotton also. He had a Friendswood officer do fingerprints for his classes.

Re: Fingerprint cards, L1?
I just talked to the PPD, they told me that they don't do cards anymore, but that the Cop Stop on 518 does them by appointment. My employer is sending me the cards I need to use, so once I have them in hand I'll call cop stop. I'll let ya'll know how that goes.

It may have changed in the last year, but when I had my prints done for instructor school, L1 was able to print out cards for me.Teamless wrote:I think L1 only does electronic, not cards

They will print out cards. I had this done about 3 months ago.

Re: Fingerprint cards, L1?
Thanks. I think the company has specific cards I need to use, waiting for them in the mail.
Re: Fingerprint cards, L1?
If your company has specific cards, that may be a game changer. I believe it is somehow software based. I forget which I had printed, but the girl at L-1 could only print (I believe) my FBI card, since the other one wasn't loaded into her program.
