BTW, I think Santa wins the prize for worlds largest Tactical Man Bag. He's probably got a couple platoons of soldiers, heavy artillary and enough air power to easily defend the cookies and milk in that thing. Not to mention Transformers, HeMan and the entire Justice League.

Santa's an all around guy. Just got in awhile ago from Sealy. Been fighting that Houston traffic. 2,700,000 people in Houston and 2,000,000 of them were on I10 & US 59. I'll probably sleep too hard to hear anything.

This here jolly fat man is about to climb into the ol' red sled (a rather faded '82 GMC

), then go home to spread some cheer.

Little Man is getting his first two-wheel bike, and lots of things to delight the heart of a 4 year old.

We did our part to boost Apple's stock this year... it's a three iPod Christmas for us (two 4 GB Nanos for teenagers, and one 80 GB video for Mom).

I don't know what I might be getting, but I strongly suspect there will be some goodies celebrating the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals! Whoop!

Russell, thanks for posting that. It's a great story and I recall seeing something on the History Channel about this. I seem to recall something similar happened during WWII, but on a much smaller scale.
