Just sitting here reading all of the hundreds of new posts regarding legislation and the development and interpretation thereof. Nowhere is there a better description of the integrity of the people who take on the responsibility of the CHL.

The fact that we are here trying to learn all the implication of these potential new laws, before they even become laws, is a pretty good indication that we intend to abide by the laws.
