Hi guys,
another noob asking the same question. I saw schufflerbot and NTex vstar's thread. But i still have questions.
I was arrested for Burglary of Vehicle in 2001 in North Richland Hills. Bailed out, then a few week later i got pulled over by Carrollton and arrested for a warrant in Hurst (same Burg. Vehicle charge) then transported to Hurst Jail.
I went to Tarrant county's clerk office and got a Certified Copy of Disposition which lists the Hurst and NRH case, and that I took deferred adjudication for it.
Now do i need to go to NRH, Hurst and Carrollton for certified copy of arrrest or something? Or will listing my arrests with Disposition, and mailing what i got from the clerk office be sufficient?
Thanks
Richard

You only need certification of the disposition of the case. It doesn't matter how many times you were arrested for the same offense, you were only prosecuted once.
