12 new and one renewal

Post by MoJo »

Today my associate, Melissa, and I had another CHL class 12 new and one renewal. Six of the new CHL's were Coasties from Station Sabine in Port Arthur. These young men and women do a tiring and thankless job keeping our ports and nearshore waterways safe. I comped all six classes to show that some of us still care.

I salute you sir!

I too, comp all active Military and LEO that come to my class, and give retired a deep discount.
We can't repay them for what they have done and are doing for us, but we can sure let them know we appreciate it with this small token.

In May I am scheduled to do a class entirely of State Guard members and spouses (all free, of course). The time I give them is much less than the time they have given for me.

Just completed this class today. It is much more rewarding than any paid class I have taught.
