Cabela's: Mosin Nagants for 99.00

Post by Medic218 »

They're on sale again. At least at the Allen and Ft. Worth locations anyways.
I don't remember exactly, but I think the sale runs until the 30th.

For anyone thats been wanting to snag one here is your chance to save 50.00.

I picked one up the other day. The tag said 149.00 still but it rang up correctly and 108.00 and some change out the door.
First gun purchase at Cabela's and it couldn't have gone any smoother. In and out in 15 min. Very efficient and friendly bunch over there.

I would consider the Mosin M44 I have one of my favorites (other than daily carry, of course.) Just a heck of a lot of fun to shoot! Surplus ammo is cheap, so the boys and I can shoot without too much consideration of cost, and the thing is just plain accurate.

For those with some young'uns that want to fire the big guns, this is surely one of the most inexpensive ways to have a blast!! $100 for the gun, do some serious cleaning, and $100 for 440 rounds of surplus ammo and away you go!!! Make sure you check the firing pin depth. The $5 cleaning kit has the handle for the cleaning rod, the depth guage with a built in screwdriver and is well worth the money. Adjusting the firing pin depth is easy, just follow instructions on Youtube video.

Ya'll enjoy now, ya hear?

Curious.....

Did Cabela's call in the 4473 even though you had a CHL? I had heard that they do this as ""Store Policy" which I disagree with and as such I never even go into their stores.

For two of my grandchildren, I bought two Crickett rifles at the Allen store a couple of weeks ago. No phone call.

Thanks, maybe I have it confused with Academy?
I buy most of my stuff online anyway.

I bought a gun from Academy within the last year and they didn't call.

Nice price, I've wanted one for a while! Unfortunately with the gas money it'd take to get there, I'd be better off paying full price.
