Fingerprints not Received?

Hello all, new member to the forum, first post but I've been reading quite a bit. I recently applied for my CHL and have a question about my current status.

I was fingerprinted electronically at an L-1 location on 05/12/20111, and my application materials were received by DPS on 05/18/2011. As of today (18 days after fingerprinting), all status boxes are green except for one, and it says:

"Fingerprints : Not received, notice sent to applicant"

I haven't yet received a notice. Has anyone else run into this during their CHL application process? I imagine I'll be making a series of phone calls to DPS and L-1, but just thought I'd check if anyone had any insight. Thanks!

Certainly call and email DPS on this.
tell them when and which L1 location you went to for your prints

I called DPS yesterday morning, the very nice lady who helped me said they have been having a lot of problems with the fingerprints lately, and that she had asked for a "refresh" on my profile and to check back this morning. That took care of it, fingerprint box is green now. FYI if anyone else runs into this.
