Child Support Question
If child support is an issue how did my ex get his CHL? He paid nothing for years. Payments are regular but he never caught up. If he signs on the AG website it shows a negative balance, but he is okay because he is currently making payments??

If he's on a payment plan with the AGs office then he would still qualify even if he's not caught up yet.
