Grand Prairie Anywhere to go while there?

I'm meeting someone in Grand Prairie tomorrow, not sure if there is anywhere to go that might be interesting. Don't have a place to meet yet either, so anywhere that might be a good suggestion would be good.

I'll defer to anybody from the area versus my limited experiences. I go to Arlington a lot, but have only stepped into GP a few times. Off the top of my head:

Cracker Barrel on 360?
Shady Oak BBQ in Arlington just down I-30?

1. Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (can take a tour and/or see the Legends of the Game Museum)
2. Lonestar Park (don't think anything happens until after 5:00 pm)
3. Cowboys Stadium (Arlington) - can take tour

I'm just meeting someone for a transaction and that area seems halfway between him and I. If Great Southwest Gun is easy enough to get to, that might work.

I'm mainly looking for an easy to find place, should have mentioned that in the OP
