application sent to a technician

does anyone know what it means when they send your application to a techincian

on mine they sent it to a technician becuase of an incident from 15+ years ago that I could not remember any details except where it took place (I was a minor). I spoke with the tech and everything was fine. If nothing else you same get the same person evertime you call back to check progress.

I just spoke to them and they said it was being assigned to a tech cause of self declared information and to expect information requests from the tech via mail. Sad part is I included all the information already with my packet with County clerk seals and all of the disposition. Basically exactly what they want to have in hand. What more could they want? Monday was my 60th day mark! I guess I'm gonna drag out longer.

Whow, so one person says a Tech has it and the next says it's completed and mailing out. Hmmmm gotta love the run arounds. Maybe I should call again this afternoon myself.

i would call again, the website finally says app complete license issued, some of the people you get a hold of are lazy in my experiences the last person i got was very helpful, she didnt understand something with my app, ask her supervisor, then ask to call me back, when she called my back she said it would be mailed out tomorrow
