Does the 2nd amendment guarantee an individual the right to bear arms? Yes? No? http://www.usatoday.com/news/quickquest ... up5895.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. James Madison

...here they go again..."they" set up these polls, we vote like good little boys and girls, and then they twist and skew the results any way they want...this is a repeat of a repeat...I'm passin' on this go-around...this was done in April 2009 and other times...if the Supreme Court interpretation doesn't suit your commie pinko agenda, by all means, take another poll... :banghead:

I love these polls. The proper answer to this one is No, but with the intent of the poll the answer is Yes. The reason the proper answer is No is this is a right reaffirmed by the Constitution.

When you put the URL between tags, the date becomes apparent....

I found it interesting though that after 8.7 million votes it was 97% yes.

I also find it interesting that you still can vote in it, vote multiple times and that there are people still voting. Every time you vote or if you click on the "Latest Results" you see the number of votes continues to go up. "rlol"

I did not feel real comfortable voting yes. The 2nd Amendment does not GIVE us anything. It is supposed to GUARANTEE our individual liberties from an oppressive federal government.
