Application completed-license issued or certificate active

I mailed my packet in on November 10th 2006. Recieved pin December 16th 2006. I checked my status this morning and it says "application completed- license issued or certificate active".

Does that mean that it is in the mail?

I'm new here but have been visiting for awhile.

Almost spewed my coffee on the monitor.

It means that it is at least on a pile waiting to go to the mailroom. It could be a cople of days before it actually gets mailed, but you should get it in 10 days or less.
