Reporting Requirements in 4 States

Post by papajohn1964 »

Just got an email from a buddy with this....

We were recently notified that a new ATF regulation regarding purchases of semiautomatic weapons in calibers of .223 and up is going to take effect August 14, 2011. This regulation only applies to four Border States, but Texas in one of them. This reporting requirement will require us to notify the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives beginning August 14, 2011.

Spring Guns & Ammo, Inc. will fully comply with the regulation. If you disagree with the legality or policy, contact the NRA or other gun advocacy groups.

Spring Guns & Ammo has numerous automatic weapons in stock and on sale until August 14, 2011. If we don't have it, we may be able to get it in before the registration deadline of August 14, 2011.
