was meeting a guy from out west and stopped at gander mountain on 59 just to see the prices and kill time. Wow, they were high. Had some nice stuff in there though.

Re: New ATF reporting rule proposed
This and the import shotgun ban is all over Foxnews internet site today. There was a thread running a few weeks ago about Barry's comment to the brady bunch that they needed to keep gun control under the table. Quite many of our members kinda laughed at that and stated that the current administration knew that gun control was not going anywhere. Well hold on to your hats it's coming, and after what we just witnessed in Texas, having the majority in the house really does not mean that much.

Re: New ATF reporting rule proposed
Just got my notice from the ATF about this.
Seems there is the original form for multiple purchase of pistols AND a separate one for the multiple purchase of rifles...
So, they couldn't just edit the 3310.4 to include rifles? They had to go and create a 3310.12(?)...
[sarcasim] Not going to be any confusion with these two forms, now will there... [/sarcasim]

Re: New ATF reporting rule proposed
My first thought was that the best way to "curb gun smuggling to Mexico" would be to shut down the ATF.Dear Friend,
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has proposed an important new step to curb gun smuggling to Mexico.

Range Rule: "The front gate lock is not an acceptable target."
Never Forget.
Never Forget.
