DPS checklist status question

Hello, the DPS is closed at the moment, but would the DPS be able to tell me if they received my checklist? Or are they gonna do that bullcrap answer and just say it takes this amount of time because they dont really want to put the effort in the answer. I called about my license status because I sent the checklist in 2 weeks ago and it says waiting on to receive my checklist, and DPS told me my license status would change in 3-6 weeks..
