L1 having problems?

Post by Seabear »

I just got a call from a student that took the class with me a couple months ago, and had his prints done, L1 gave him a tracking number and DPS says they will see if an IT person can track it down. According to whoever he talked to it is a common problem throughout the State. Only second one I have heard of. Any others? Any solutions besides contacting the Gov's office like was mentione in the general section?
Carry safe and carry when and where you can. I'm just sayin'.

The only thing I have seen is a buddy of mine went through a chl course back in Dec and waited until last month to turn in his packet. I told him I wasn't sure if the finger print card he had done in Dec would count since they have gone to all L1 now. So he mailed his packet to the state and made an appointment to get his prints done. The same day of his appointment he found out they did take his finger print card, which was a good thing because L1 had no record of his appointment even though He had the receipt you print on line. So he didn't get them done digitally. Then he got charge by L1 anyway. Crazy. :headscratch
