[Rant] What happened to the do-not-call list?

Partly its just random, like the weather. Sometimes we have 29 named Atlantic storms in a year, and sometimes none worth remembering.

I think it's also partly due to unemployment and desperate people falling for pyramid sales and "work from home" schemes that involve telemarketing.

Still, it was like someone turned on a switch two weeks ago and then turned it off.

BTW, no one will pay people to work from home or "reveal the secrets" of starting an independent career. Everything going by that name is a scam.

People who legitimately work at home had a profession and career first.
