I don't really care what argument I MIGHT have to make some day. I don't overlook that this might be a matter of life or death so that outweighs any doubt on the subject for me. :thumbs2:

A building isn't hard to define the way the law is written about school "premises". By some it seems a fence may be enough to consider something a building if the fence looks like a wall. I cannot accept that and would fight to support anyone charged for carrying at a stadium where he/she did not enter or pass thru a building with walls and a roof for what that is worth. I know some large places have those structures and would agree unless a CHL could enter the open area another way it would be illegal because of the enclosed entry. I agree this could seem to be a grey area but to me it is clear and I will not be confused or bluffed into possibly risking innocent life. That is only an over-statement if nothing ever happens and I can live with that. Since no one will know I am carrying until I pull and shoot the criminal I can live with poorly written laws and the risk of little tyrants trying to destroy me for defending my family from a would be murder. That is my opinion and I hope each of us will check the law and decide for ourselves.
