Being (somewhat of) a liberal, and having some liberal acquaintences, I'll tell you exactly:
"Oh, look! the cop is white, and the criminal is African American! Way to stereotype!"
Seriously though, it does make a great point, simply and beautifully. It's a testimant to that that the only thing wrong a friend of mine could find was the stereotype.
