FOR SALE SMLE 2A1 ISHAPORE
SMLE 2A1 ISHAPORE 7.62mm nato 1966. This rifle is in good condition , bore is bright and shiny with no pitting and wood shows normal wear. Headspace was checked by gunsmith and passed. The first round was a 308 by the gunsmith, but I only recommend 7.62mm X 51mm NATO. Because the brass of the NATO has a thicker base and this a military bolt action rifle. The 12 round magazine needed a little adjusting to feed quickly.
It was going to be a project. I have too many projects. The issue with the rifle is my eyes. The rifle shoots better than I can see..LOL.
