Class Enrollment - Application? Software?

Any tips for handling class enrollment? I'm currently working off of a spreadsheet but it gets labor intensive.

I'd like to go to some tipe of application or software that will allow students to enroll, modify, cancel, reschedule their classes. Can anybody recoment one? Would also be nice if it autogenerated an a confirmation email.

If you have a website, many CMS systems have plugins available for event registration, allowing students to register online. By storing all info in a database, it allows easy generation of reports for class. If you're using Wordpress for your website, there are several available - just Google "Wordpress event registration."

Thanks much. Found a Word Press app that says it will do everything I was looking for. Toying with it now.
