OR do you think there is just better awareness ?

What places have you seen changed there minds about posting 30.06 signs?..

I don't know about Jared's, but I have not seen a theater with a valid 30.06 sign. I don't see that many either and most of them are on hospitals. Fortunately, I don't frequent a hospital very much. Other than my daughters school my work is just about the only place I go that disarms me, but at least I can leave it in the car. They haven't changed their policy yet, but I know I'm okay because of the new law.glbedd53 wrote:Jared Jewelers are the only place I've seen compliant ones. Watch out for some of the movie theaters too.
I dont see any confusion.android wrote:There is a restaurant in N Austin that is obviously confused.
The door nearest to the bar has a TABC blue sign clearly posted.
The other door has an 8-1/2 x 11 laser printed 30.06 sign taped to the glass beside the door.
There could be a little confusion. "The 8 1/2 X 11 sign says "CHLers can legally bring a gun in, but we really don't want your business."Teamless wrote:I dont see any confusion.android wrote:There is a restaurant in N Austin that is obviously confused.

just because they CAN allow the "licensed possession", doesn't mean they must.
So they have decided that they do not want the "licensed possession" on their property.
No confusion - just anti-gun
