Is there such a creature in Dallas/Ft. Worth area? If not how about a regular theater? Preferably not 30.06 posted. :thumbs2:

Well, I don't know if it counts as a Theater, but Mid-evil Times is pretty good.

They don't serve dinner, but a very nice option, been around for years... It's on the outskirts (West side) of Downtown Ft. Worth. With Sundance Square and many dining options downtown, may be worth investigating.

Don't know about 30.06 compliance.

There is one in Dallas - can't remember the name right off hand.

In Lake Worth (northwest FW just outside of the loop) there is the remodeled Star Village 8 http://local.yahoo.com/info-18895994-st ... lake-worth. Haven't been there since the remodel, but reviews are mixed - the millenniums seem most put out by being told not to even bring out their cell phones while the movie's gong (I man, like isn't that, like, a right?)

Thanks for the help folks. I am really trying to surprise my wife. We have been married for a little while. :lol: We have never been to the movies or to a play. Our daughter who is 32 has been telling my wife about these plays, so I need a little dress up time.

Carl - not too far from you is Artisan Theatre in Hurst. Not a dinner theatre, but theatre nonethless. Our church group is going there to see the musical Scrooge. More info on their website: http://www.artisanct.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There is also the Theatre Arlington

and the Symphony Arlington

My parents attend these and really enjoy them. Dad said that you have people show up in everything from jeans to suits. Wherever you choose, have fun. There should be a lot of good holiday selections upcoming...

http://www.lonestarmurdermysteries.com/ is a dinner theater on Main Street in downtown Grapevine. I've been meaning to check it out myself.

With your City under construction how hard is that to get to? It looks like a nice place. I will have to drive over and check for a 30.06 sign.
