Situation as follows...

I've got my eye on a home I'd like to purchase and have little to no experience on the process...

It is a foreclosure home (sad...) owned by the bank.

Would be interested in any advice on making a bid, inspections, closing costs and other costs associated with the purchase.

Any advice is appreciated.
