Browning BAR .270

My father recently passed away and I am selling this to cover some costs associated with that.
What we have is a Browning BAR .270, it is in very good shape, has a Red field 3x9 scope mounted on it. It is a beautiful rifle.
According to the Browning site these MSRP $1200 with some engraving on it, this one does not have any engraving. So I am guessing they run around $1000 new, I am asking $800 obo for it.
Face to face in Austin area or will ship to your FFL, you pay shipping. Would like some sort of bill of sale, but not a deal breaker if we can work something out.

I also have a 12Ga Maverick I am looking to sell, its had maybe a box ran through it, they are going for $169 at Academy, I am looking to get $150 for it, save the tax an paperwork and buy from me.
